OREANDA-NEWS. According to the operative information, in January-September of this year, Makeyevski Metal Works (MMZ, Donetsk region) increased output of commodity rolled products in 2,02 times - up to 611 thousand tons in comparison with the same period of the last year, whereas output of the general rolled products increased by 85 % - up to 953 thousand tons.

According to Interfax-Ukraine referring to the Ministry of Industrial Policy, the enterprise also has increased melt of steel in 2 times - up to 1,154 million tons, pig-iron - in 1,96 times, up to 939 thousand tons.

In September, the enterprise made 70 thousand tons of commodity rolled product, 102 thousand tons of general rolled product, 126 thousand tons of steel and 108 thousand tons of pig-iron.
