OREANDA-NEWS. The Special Shareholders’ Meeting of PSC VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation is set on November 7, 2006 in Verkhnaya Salda, Sverdlovsk Region.

On the threshold of this event the candidates proposed to the Board of Directors by the shareholders were considered at the Board of Directors Meeting of PSC VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation on October 9, 2006.

Subject to the Company’s By-Laws the Board of Directors shall consist of seven persons. The names of following candidates were included in the slips for voting at the Special Shareholders’ Meeting:
