On Friday, 29 September 2006, OMZ’s Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Mr. Sergey Lipsky, OMZ’s Chief Executive Officer, in connection with the expiration of his contract and appointed Mr. Evgeny Sergeev, Deputy CEO and Head of the Nuclear Power Plant Equipment Division, as acting CEO of the Company.
