OREANDA-NEWS. Final talks on buying Germany’s HDV Kuczpiol GmbH mill were held at the Chusovoi Metallurgical Plant belonging to the United Metallurgical Company. In the wake of the talks both sides signed a contract to buy a mill for the production of billets for low-sheet springs.

According to the UMC press service, first deliveries of equipment for the new mill will arrive in December, 2006.
