OREANDA-NEWS. The competition of flagship projects of the social movement "Culture Volunteers" starts on August 1.  The best volunteer initiatives will receive support in implementation and will be replicated throughout Russia, the press service of the Association of Volunteer Centers reports.

 The competition is held in four nominations.  These are "Socio-cultural and creative projects", "Projects aimed at organizing tourist routes and the formation of cultural spaces in human settlements", "Volunteer projects implemented jointly and / or in cultural institutions", as well as "Projects in the field of conservation of cultural heritage."

 Following the results, the best initiatives will be selected as flagship initiatives representing each of the areas, and offered in the format of a social franchise to the regions of Russia.  In addition, volunteer ideas will be supported in implementation.  Project leaders will receive training programs, including through a mentoring system, which will enable them to improve their competencies and skills.
