UEFA Apologizes for Including Russian Morgenstern's Song in Euro Play-Off
OREANDA-NEWS. The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has apologized for including songs written by Russian artists Morgenstern and 10age with obscene language as tracks for the European Football Championship. This is reported by «R-Sport».
According to the source, UEFA contacted the responsible party and demanded that they immediately remove the relevant songs. «UEFA apologizes for the violation, and we will take steps to ensure that this does not happen again», the organization said.
On Friday, May 14, the official album for the European Football Championship, which will be held this summer, was presented. The playlist includes compositions by Morgenstern and 10age.
Earlier it was reported, that the stores have a new merch from Morgenstern and Alfa-Bank – a hoodie with the image of the rapper. Queues lined up for sweatshirts, and enterprising Russians began to resell them on Avito for a lot of money. In one of the ads, a hoodie costs 149,998 rubles.
Several dozen such ads have already been placed on the popular site. Prices start from six thousand rubles for a small hoodie. Some resellers do not indicate any price in their ads at all.
Alfa-Bank started working with Morgenstern at the end of last year. At the same time, the Network published an advertising «Clip for 10 lam». The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia in late April declared it illegal. In this video, the musician appears with a bottle of alcohol. In addition, according to the agency, there are "provocative and obscene" images in the video.
