OREANDA-NEWS  First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Sergey Kiriyenko proposed to hold a World Youth Festival at the Sirius Sochi Center from February 29 to March 7, 2024.

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on holding the World Youth Festival in February-March 2024.
"We propose to hold the festival on the same territory (as in 2017 - ed.) - on the territory of the Sirius Federal Center, which today is the most unique, largest and most advanced educational center for identifying and training young talents around the world," Kiriyenko said. He noted that in 2017 the youth festival was held there and to hold it there would be a tribute to "continuity".

Kiriyenko also said that the festival will begin on February 29 and will be held until March 7, 2024.
