OREANDA-NEWS. TV host Alyona Vodonaeva bought an apartment for her cat named Escobar for $273 thousand (19 million rubles). The pet will live in a 50-meter two-bedroom apartment in a historic residential complex in Khamovniki, writes Russian media Super.

According to Vodonaeva, she had to take this step because of her mother and son's severe allergy to the cat, and she does not want to part with the animal. The apartment is located in an elite area near the TV host's beauty salon and her ex-husband's apartment. Alyona decided to take housing on a mortgage. The house in which the apartment is located, which is almost 100 years old. Usually prices in this area are much higher, but Vodonaeva decided to save money and buy an apartment that needs major repairs.

Alyona Vodonaeva is a Russian TV presenter, journalist, writer, blogger, former participant of the reality show «Dom-2». She left this TV project on June 12, 2007. Shortly after leaving «Dom-2», Vodonaeva, together with the Plazma band, recorded the song «Paper Sky», later she became the host of the Internet reality show «Reality Girl», but after conflicts with her co-host Otar Kushanashvili, she left.
