OREANDA-NEWS A delegation of the Ministry of Culture of North Korea has left for Russia to participate in the V St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum, the Korean Central Telegraph Agency (KCNA) reported on Tuesday.

The V St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum will be held from December 1 to 3. 38 delegations of foreign states have already confirmed their participation in it, 20 of them will be headed by ministers of Culture.

In total, over 60 Russian and international agreements will be signed at the V St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum. The business platform of the Forum will unite more than a hundred events and about a thousand business participants.
