The Telegram channel SHOT reported that the Russian organizers have begun negotiations with Jared Leto about performing in Moscow and St. Petersburg. The artist's concert can cost about 100 million rubles.

"I think that since he is such a famous artist and his fans in Russia love him so much, let him perform," the politician said.

Drapeko added that the high cost of the performance, $ 1 million, or about 100 million rubles, may be adequate if the organizers manage to recoup the costs.

"As for the price, this is a market story. If the audience buys tickets and the producers cover the costs, [there's nothing wrong with that]. The main thing is that there is no budget money there," the deputy concluded.
