OREANDA-NEWS  Russian singer of Georgian origin Irakli Pirtskhalava (Irakli) was banned from entering Latvia indefinitely. This was announced by the head of the country's foreign ministry, Baiba Krage, on the social network X.

"I have decided to include Irakli Pirtskhalava in the list of undesirable persons (persona non grata) for the Republic of Latvia and ban him from entering Latvia indefinitely," the Latvian Foreign Minister wrote.

In February, it was reported that Ukrainian artist Andrei Danilko, known under the pseudonym Verka Serdyuchka, was banned for life from entering the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
