OREANDA-NEWS Specialists of the Federal Center for Disaster Medicine of the Ministry of Health of Russia examined 70 Russians evacuated from the Gaza Strip and allowed them to fly from Cairo to Moscow, the Ministry of Health reported.

Among the evacuees are a woman in late pregnancy and 27 children, five of whom are younger than three years old, the youngest child is 3 months old, the ministry said.

All 70 evacuees are in satisfactory condition, allowed to fly from Cairo to Moscow. They will be accompanied by medics during the flight.

The evacuation of Russians from the Gaza Strip was carried out on November 12 by emergency workers and diplomats. The evacuees were temporarily placed in Cairo.
