OREANDA-NEWS At the tenth Russian forum on Internet governance (RIGF-2019), the first Deputy head of the presidential administration Sergei Kiriyenko read a welcome speech by Vladimir Putin. However, he recalled Putin's words about the support of the free Internet, which gave the opportunity to develop companies in Russia and a new startup. So Sergey Kiriyenko noted that the Russian IT market has all the conditions for major foreign players, but only on the condition that they will not violate competition.
