It is noted that the festive events will be held in compliance with all the recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor.
Earlier in August, Sobyanin, in an interview with Russia 24, also said that in September 2020 there would be no large-scale City Day celebrations in Moscow due to the coronavirus.
