OREANDA-NEWS. Evan Rachel Wood, the former girlfriend of rock legend Marilyn Manson, said that he used violence against her. Musician responded, that her words are «a terrible distortion of reality». Today, on February 2, the singer wrote in his Instagram, that the intimate relationships in his life were consensual.

«Obviously, my art and my life have long been magnets for controversy, but these recent claims about me are horrible distortions of reality,» he wrote. «My intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners. Regardless of how — and why — others are now choosing to misrepresent the past, that is the truth.»

Because of Wood's accusations, Manson, got some problems with advertising contracts. The record company from the United States «Loma Vista Recording» terminated the contract with him. The promotion of his new album «We Are Chaos» is being halted after several women accused him of bullying them.

«We Are Chaos» is the eleventh studio album of the famous artist, released on September 11, 2020. All tracks from the album are written by Marilyn Manson in collaboration with country musician Shooter Jennings.
