OREANDA-NEWS  If 30 years ago Spencer Elden reached for a bill of one dollar, now he demands from musicians at least 150 thousand for a nude photo, which, as he claims, caused him lifelong damage - the picture is allegedly too sexualized and quite similar to child pornography. And he did not give consent to the photo, due to his four-month age. 

And now, decades later, he is already encroaching on the inheritance of Kurt Cobain - he wants compensation on his behalf, however, who exactly should pay is still unclear.
