In Crimea, the Noyabrfest festival will be held in the format of an enogastronomical weekend

OREANDA-NEWS The Noyabrfest festival with the participation of the best winemakers, restaurateurs and farmers will be held in Crimea in November. The event will be held in the format of an enogastronomical weekend at the wine-growing and tourist sites of the Bakhchisarai, Sudak, Yalta districts of the region, the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Crimea told TASS.
"In November 2023, guests of the peninsula and residents of the Crimea are waiting for a completely new format of autumn leisure - enogastronomical weekend. Throughout November, Crimean wineries will hold open days, excursions, tastings, master classes. Events at the wine-making and tourist sites of the Yalta, Bakhchisarai, Sudak districts will bring together the best winemakers, restaurateurs, farmers and event organizers of the Crimea at various venues," the message says.
It is noted that the leading wine venues will host thematic events in the areas of "wine and cinema", "wine and painting", "wine and music", "wine and gastronomy". Visitors will be introduced to the novelties of Crimean winemaking, traditional and innovative methods of grape processing. Guests will take part in tastings, visit local craft fairs, excursions, lectures, master classes, as well as thematic film screenings and exhibitions. On the territory of the Winepark Wine Tourism Center in Yalta, on November 18, Crimean wineries will hold an exhibition - tasting of their products. The venue will also house a gastronomic zone with culinary sets from leading restaurants of the Crimea, a cheese market, the territory of creativity and the main stage of the festival, where Alexander Ivanov and the Rondo group will perform.
"Crimea is one of the largest and fastest growing wine-growing regions of Russia, thanks, among other things, to the constant support of the state. Enogastronomical tourism is also rapidly developing and popularizing in the region. It was here five years ago that we first created a unique tourist route "Wine Road of Crimea". More than 30 wine enterprises, as well as hotels, restaurants, cheese factories, oyster and mussel farms, the objects of the show are united in this tour route, they will also become active participants in the enogastronomical November," the press service quoted the words of the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of Crimea Vadim Volchenko.
