OREANDA-NEWS As the head of the external improvement committee Igor Kulyazhev said, the grand opening of the 5th festival is scheduled at 14.30. On a plot of 23 thousand square meters, you will see 32 flower arrangements made by 15 participants. And not only new ones, but also those that were installed last year. 

Kulyazhev also reminded that anyone can take part in another city festival - “The Blooming Kazan” - and receive an encouragement based on the results of a popular vote. 

For the guests of the festival various activity zones will be organized - performances of creative groups and master classes, exhibitions of paintings and drawings of students of children's art schools, photo zones and bookrossing.
