Dresden Opera Ball will be held in St. Petersburg
OREANDA-NEWS. Petersburg for the first time host the most important secular event of the Dresden Opera ball, which will be held at several venues on 31 August. At one stage there will be stars from the world of music of the first magnitude.
The occasion was the result of a cultural bridge between Russia and Germany, as explained by the artistic Director of the educational Foundation "Talent and success" Hans-Joachim Frey. Saint Petersburg and Dresden has more than 60 years are sister cities.
At the Mikhailovsky theatre on 31 August, guests will be able to listen to one of the most beautiful soprano Albina Shagimuratova, German diva Nadja Michael, American tenor Stephen Gould, the distinguished cellist Sergei Roldugin, saxophonist Igor Butman and many other international stars. Leading the program will be Oxana Fedorova and Tom Vlasiha.
