Zelensky's Decree Extended Ukraine's Sanctions to 12 Russian Legal Entities
OREANDA-NEWS. President of Ukraine Volodymir Zelensky signed a decree «on the application of personal special economic and other restrictive measures» against 12 Russian legal entities. This follows from the document posted on the website of the official Internet representation of the head of state. As the «Interfax» news agency clarified on Monday, August 23, the decree puts into effect the decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
It follows from the resolution that the public joint-stock company «Rostelecom», as well as the closed joint-stock company Editorial Office of the newspaper «Moskovsky Komsomolets», fell under the sanctions. Access to these resources, as well as to their subdomains, is blocked.
In addition, restrictive measures have been extended to «Business News Media» — this Russian media group is the founder of the business publication «Vedomosti» — to the joint-stock company «TRK-3», «Novinfo», limited liability companies «Our Tomorrow», «Narodnye Novosti», «Versia», as well as to the «Anna-News» news agency.
The decree also applies to the Foundation for the Study of Historical Perspectives, the Association of Charitable Assistance «Mutual Aid» and the printing company «Light-print».
