Moscow will give an adequate response to Warsaw on the hostile statements of Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki regarding Russia, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on the Rossiya-24 TV channel. She noted that many statements of colleagues from unfriendly countries are aggressive.

As we have repeatedly said, such attacks, which we qualified as unfriendly, many of them are clearly aggressive, will be given an appropriate response,” Zakharova said.

The day before, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said that the Russian world is a "monstrous new ideology" and should be destroyed. This is not the first scandalous statement by the Polish Prime Minister. Earlier, Morawiecki reported that Russophobia has become the dominant trend in Europe. According to the politician, what was previously called Russophobia is already perceived as a reality today.

Later, the press secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, called the statement of the Polish Prime Minister about the need for the complete eradication of the Russian world as frantic and unacceptable. He stressed that these words have become the quintessence of hatred for Russians, which is shared by Polish society.
