OREANDA-NEWS. The Turkish edition of Cumhuriyet has released an article stating the reasons for the Russian special military operation in Ukraine.
According to the authors of the article, this is a breakthrough of the siege, which was organized from the west and south of the United States through NATO.
Cumhuriyet writes about a siege line that starts from the Baltic region, goes through Eastern Europe to the Western Black Sea region, and from there stretches along the Black Sea through Georgia to the Caucasus. The material assumes that if certain conditions are formed, they will be able to besiege Russia from Kazakhstan, as well as other countries of Central Asia.
Cumhuriyet recalled that the US strategy towards China also consists in encircling the PRC in a wide arc descending into Central Asia, Pakistan, India and the Indian Ocean, stretching to Japan.
The authors found a connection between this strategy and unrest in Kazakhstan in January 2022. Also, Turkish analysts pointed out that in Pakistan, recently, after threats from Washington, they tried to announce a vote of no confidence in the government of Imran Khan, who refused to take an anti-Russian position.
