OREANDA-NEWS  The Ministry of Finance of Russia has signed a contract with the company "M 13", which specializes in information technologies in the field of media monitoring, for the provision of monitoring services for mass media and Internet resources. The total amount of the contract is more than 200 million rubles, according to the public procurement website.

According to the terms of reference, the main purpose of the services provided under the contract is to ensure the management of the press service and information of the President of the Russian Federation and the Department of the press service and reference of the Government of the Russian Federation with an "uninterrupted supply of content" from the media and Internet resources, prompt and reliable statistical information on the occurrence and dynamics of the development of information issues most discussed in the Mass media and users of social networks, forums, blogs, messengers and other Internet resources, as well as providing software tools for preparing and viewing materials.

The terms of reference indicate that the total coverage of the media within the framework of information and analytical support for the activities of the presidential administration and the Cabinet of Ministers is at least 50 thousand sources, as well as at least 15 thousand foreign information sources. Access to media content should be carried out through a mobile and web interface. 30 users of the Presidential Press Service and Information Department and 30 users of the Press Service and Reference Department of the Cabinet of Ministers should have access to the system.

The start date of the contract is January 1 of the following year, and it must be completed on August 1, 2023.
