It is reported by Bloomberg, citing a source familiar with the release plans. The phone will be similar in design to the iPhone 8, the diagonal of the screen will be 4.7 inches. The release of the budget phone, according to a Bloomberg source, is due to the fact that the company intends to expand its presence in the mobile device market.

The new smartphone should be presented at Apple headquarters in Cupertino in March 2020, writes Bloomberg. Smartphone Apple iPhone 8 has a screen diagonal of 4.7 inches, weight - 148 g. Such a phone with a memory capacity of 64 GB is in Russia from 40 thousand rubles.

The new iPhone will have a Touch ID built into the home button. The technology will be different from the fingerprint sensor that is used in Android phones. According to the publication, the assembly will be undertaken by Taiwanese companies Hon Hai Precision Industry (aka Foxconn), Pegatron and Wistron.
