Earlier, British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss said that Russia was allegedly preparing a "false flag operation" in Ukraine, while the minister did not provide any evidence.

Zakharova also said that there are no “Russian conditions” of the Minsk agreements, but Kiev cannot admit that it is not going to follow them in principle.
