Journalists have calculated that the number of personnel in the Russian Federation surpasses Great Britain by more than 10 times - 3 million military personnel against 275.66 thousand. Russia is armed with 4163 combat aircraft, which is 5.6 times more than the British military aviation. The largest gap is observed in the tank forces - 12,950 tanks near Moscow and 227 near London.

The only thing that Britain surpasses Russia in is the aircraft carriers, of which the heiress of the British Empire, nicknamed the "Mistress of the Seas", has two.

“As for other naval combat vehicles, such as submarines and destroyers, the Russians have bypassed us significantly: they have 16 destroyers and 62 submarines, and we have six and ten, respectively,” the newspaper found out.

Earlier, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said that the Russian authorities would make a grave mistake if they use force against Ukraine.
