“Such information on the TV screens indicates that the TV was manufactured for another region and may not meet the technical requirements of the region of actual location. In this regard, the manufacturer cannot guarantee the availability of all functions in the user's country of residence”, the Russian media reported company.

As specified, information on the availability of functions depending on the region of delivery is indicated in the user manual. "We recommend that you buy products only from official retailers in the region in order to be able to use all the product features and also manufacturer support", Samsung added.
