OREANDA-NEWS. Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said that he had no information about the development in Russia of a program that would allow the "implantation of chips" into the human brain.
Earlier, Kommersant reported that Russia is developing the program "Brain, Health, Intelligence, Innovation for 2021-2029", within which it is planned to implant chips in the human brain. It is noted that the document was developed by the Russian Academy of Sciences jointly with Moscow State University and allegedly approved by President Vladimir Putin.
