Hill, according to the journalist, will be replaced by Tim Morrison, who began working for the National Security Council last year as an adviser on weapons of mass destruction and biological defense. “Trump hopes to change relations with Russia in order to pay more attention to arms control, including a possible treaty between the US, Russia and China, which would replace the INF Treaty (Treaty on the Elimination of Medium and Short Range Missiles)”, Baker explained.

Fiona Hill has worked as Special Assistant to the President of the United States for Russia since April 2017.
