OREANDA-NEWS. Chinese manufacturer Huawei is ready to fulfill the requirements for preinstalling Russian software on gadgets.

This was announced to RBC news agency by a representative of the press service of the company. “We are working on this and striving to find the best solution for all market participants,” he said, adding that Huawei is pleased to cooperate with Russian software developers.

Earlier, Xiaomi and Samsung Electronics made similar statements. A representative of Xiaomi noted that the company “is actively practicing preinstalling applications made by local developers, and this procedure has been thoroughly worked through.” A Samsung employee said that the corporation has an experience with such collaboration, including preinstalling some Russian applications.

The law on the preinstalling Russian software on gadgets was adopted in December 2019.
