OREANDA-NEWS. Users of social networks are massively complaining about numerous problems in the new GTA series games: The Trilogy — The Definitive Edition. They demanded that Rockstar return the money spent on the purchase of games, writes the Nintendo Life media.

Journalists drew attention to a large number of complaints from gamers who purchased games of the new edition. According to them, customers complain about crashes, performance problems and the inability to actually play the game on a personal computer. At the same time, Rockstar began to respond to complaints from gamers and promised to open a form for making a refund.

«Unfinished, overloaded game launches have become too commonplace over the past two generations», a user under the nickname TheGalwayGamer commented on the situation on Twitter.

In connection with the complaints, journalists recalled a similar case with the game Cyberpunk 2077. After a large number of problems were found in the game, released at the end of 2020, it's creators had to launch a campaign to refund money for the purchase and apologize to gamers.

Earlier it was reported that at the end of 2020, the Rosen law firm filed a class action lawsuit against the developer of Cyberpunk 2077 — the Polish studio CD Projekt RED. According to the plaintiffs, it became known only after it's release that it was impossible to play an action game with RPG elements normally on Xbox One and PS4 due to a huge number of errors and bugs. CD Projekt RED apologized for the problems and stated that they should have paid more attention to optimizing the game for the previous generation consoles.
