OREANDA-NEWS. IBA Minsk, an IBA Group's development center in Belarus, launched payBYcard, a new service of mobile acquiring.

The service allows for making payments by bank cards using smartphones or tablets and a mobile point of sale (mPOS) connected via Bluetooth. payBYcard accepts all major types of cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and Belkart.

Based on mPOS and Preprocessing Solution, IBA mPOS payment solution uses mobile phones and card chip & pin devices for cashless transactions. It meets requirements of international payment systems in terms of functioning, architecture, and transaction security.

The mPOS terminal used by payBYcard is supplied by Miura Systems, a global provider of secure electronic payment hardware for the retail, hospitality, financial, government and healthcare markets. PayPal, Payleven, and Worldpay use Miura Systems.

A moderate cost of the terminal and its accessibility can also be listed among the advantages.
