OREANDA-NEWS. BroadSoft, Inc. (NASDAQ: BSFT), a global unified communication software as a service (UCaaS) leader, today announced that it has appointed Jeff Kahn as Chief Transformation Officer. In this newly created position, Kahn will oversee Human Resources, and identify strategic initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and help drive BroadSoft's investment in human capital.

Prior to joining BroadSoft, Jeff served as AudioCodes' Chief Strategy Officer. Earlier in his career, Jeff was Founder and Managing Director of Strategy3i, a consultancy that he established in 2007. Jeff also served as director of investment banking at the Maxim Group LLC, as well as Chief Strategic Officer of Ruder Finn International.
