OREANDA-NEWS. Ceridian, a global human capital management technology company, announces a strategic partnership with SD Worx, a leading European provider of Payroll and HR, to deliver cloud human capital management software across Europe. This partnership will leverage Ceridian’s cloud technology development expertise and SD Worx’s local service capabilities to accelerate growth across Europe.

To complement and support the partnership Ceridian has formed Dayforce Europe, Ltd., a new business unit comprised of Dayforce development, implementation and support resources. Dayforce Europe is led by Ross Tracey, former CTO of Ceridian UK.

As part of the partnership, SD Worx has acquired Ceridian UK and Ceridian Ireland with a full share purchase. SD Worx also has formed a new Mauritius organization. The existing Ceridian teams supporting the UK and Ireland businesses have been transferred into this entity.
