“The West forgets that the crisis phenomena in the world food market are primarily associated with accumulated mistakes and miscalculations in the macroeconomic, energy and agricultural policies of the Western countries themselves,” Zakharova said.

Earlier, an official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation said that Kyiv is doing everything possible to ensure that civilians, military and militants are at the Azovstal plant in Mariupol.

“The Kyiv regime is doing everything to ensure that civilians, and military personnel, and militants are at Azovstal and do not leave from there,” Zakharova said.
