This was reported by the Armenian Defense Ministry. “On October 14, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces struck at military equipment… on the territory of Armenia… only on the assumption that this technique could strike at the settlements of Azerbaijan. The Armenian Armed Forces reserve the right to strike at any military facility in Azerbaijan,” the Defense Ministry’s statement says. According to the agency, the blow was struck in the area that borders on the Nagorno-Karabakh city of Kalbajar.

Earlier on Wednesday, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan reported that the country’s Armed Forces put out of action a missile complex on the territory of Armenia, ready to strike at the population and civilian infrastructure in Azerbaijan.

The Armenian Defense Ministry informed that no one was injured as a result.

In addition, on the morning of October 14, the representative of the Armenian Ministry of Defense, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, said that the air defense of the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic on Wednesday shot down an aircraft Su-25 of the Azerbaijani Air Force.

Hikmet Hajiyev, assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, reported that as a result of the missile and artillery shelling of the settlements in the Tartar District of Azerbaijan, one civilian was killed and six were wounded.
