WHO Considers the Statement about Coronavirus Created in Chinese Laboratory to Be “Speculative”
OREANDA-NEWS. Statements saying that a new coronavirus appeared in a laboratory in China are “speculative.” This was declared by Dr. Mike Ryan, a head of the Health Emergencies Programme of the World Health Organization (WHO).
“We have not received any data or specific evidence from the US government related to purported origin of the virus. From our perspective, this remains speculative,” Dr. Ryan said. He added that WHO would be “very willing” to consider any information on the origin of coronavirus provided by the United States.
The fact that China after the appearance of the coronavirus tried to hide it was claimed by the American President Donald Trump.
Later, the association of special services of the USA, Great Britain, Canada, Australia and New Zealand reported that China, after conducting experiments with a coronavirus in the laboratory, destroyed evidence.
Representatives of China deny their involvement in the creation of the virus.
