OREANDA-NEWS. The Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus stated that the organization do not hide anything from the United States and other countries.

Speaking at a briefing in Geneva, he recalled that the WHO works closely with specialists from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which means that all the information goes to the United States. There are no secrets at the WHO, because we are talking about lives, the Director-General stressed. He praised the collaboration with the CDC, adding that the presence of its personnel means that nothing is hidden from the USA. Ghebreyesus noted that the WHO did not hide the information from the very first day. “Not only the US but all countries get information immediately,” he explained.
