He noted that the European leaders did not react in any way to the tragedy in the Odessa House of Trade Unions in May 2014 and did nothing to protect the residents of Donbass. Now they are "doing everything to make the Slavs die in Ukraine."

Earlier, the chairman of the lower house of the Russian parliament called Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky "a toy in the hands of Washington." In his opinion, the West considers the inhabitants of Ukraine as "consumables", so it will finance Kyiv and pump it with weapons so that military operations are conducted "to the last Ukrainian."
