The VK press service confirmed to Interfax the acquisition of a 10% stake in Cashier.ru. The holding refrained from detailed comments.

Earlier, sources told Interfax that the estimated amount of the transaction was about 500 million rubles. The asset will be integrated into the VK ecosystem to increase the effectiveness of promotional activities at the company's sites, the agency's interlocutors said.

Earlier in October, VK acquired 20% of the ticket sales automation company NKS Technologies. In May, the holding became a co-owner of another ticket service - Intickets.ru , having bought 40% in Intimates LLC. The value of the transaction, taking into account the deferred payment, is 723 million rubles, VK later reported in its report.

LLC "Cashier.ru - national ticket operator" was registered in 2007, the authorized capital is 64 thousand rubles. In addition to VK and Finkelstein, the co-owners of the company are Nadezhda Solovyova (12.25%), Alexey Giyazov (2%), Vladimir Verkhoshinsky (1%) and Alfa-Bank's parent company, AB Holding JSC (22%).

The company's revenue by the end of 2023 amounted to 1.9 billion rubles, an increase of 2.5 times compared to the previous year. Net profit increased 31.5 times to 270.9 million rubles.
