"Since the beginning of the season, users of electric scooter rentals have received 95 thousand fines from operators, another 113 thousand accounts have been blocked," the message says.

It is clarified that the operators of the rental service fine users for violating driving rules and terms of service, as well as block accounts for systemic and gross traffic violations and rental of scooters by minors.
