Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Armenia independently recognized Nagorno-Karabakh as part of Azerbaijan.

At the same time, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin noted that the mission of Russian peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh remains in demand, the point in the conflict has not yet been set.
