Ukraine claimed responsibility for the attack on Engels

OREANDA-NEWS The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) claimed responsibility for the attack on Engels. The agency announced this in its Telegram channel.
The General Staff reported that units of the Security Service of Ukraine, the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in cooperation with other components of the Defense Forces, struck the Saratov region on the night of March 20.
Earlier, the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out the most massive drone attack on the Russian region. In Engels, the attack led to a fire on the territory of the airfield, which forced the evacuation of residents from a nearby farming co-op.
Eyewitnesses also reported that dozens of drones, which the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired at the Saratov region, tried to attack an oil refinery in Engels. Residents heard the sirens at about four o'clock in the morning, and several powerful explosions were heard later.
