OREANDA-NEWS  The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked the Kursk region with a missile. This was announced by the head of the Russian region Alexey Smirnov in his Telegram channel.

According to the governor, the Russian air defense forces shot down an APU missile in the sky over the region.

"A Ukrainian missile was destroyed in the border area of the Kursk region. Thanks to the air defense fighters and border defenders," Smirnov wrote.

Earlier, the Ministry of Defense reported that on the night of Monday, November 11, the Armed Forces of Ukraine launched 13 unmanned aerial vehicles in two regions of Russia. Kursk and Belgorod regions were attacked.
