 Earlier, several football teams playing in the championship of Georgia entered the matches of the 19th round of the national championship in T-shirts with anti-Russian slogans.

The UEFA press service replied that since these events occurred in the internal competition, any possible disciplinary measure to be imposed falls under the jurisdiction of the relevant bodies of the Georgian Football Federation. UEFA may initiate disciplinary proceedings only in relation to incidents occurring within the framework of UEFA competitions.
