OREANDA-NEWS In St. Petersburg, two people were killed by boiling water in the basement cafe. This was reported to journalists by the representative of the company "heating network of St. Petersburg".
At three o'clock in the morning on Izmailovsky Avenue the intra quarter pipeline from-for what flooded the cellar of the house broke through.

As a result of the incident, two friends were killed, their companion was not injured.
"All visitors and employees of the cafe left the place, but two young people decided that they left their things there and returned for them. As a result, they were killed," — said the representative of the company.
According to him, also in the formed hole two cars failed.
The criminal codeopened a criminal case under the article "Provision of services that do not meet the safety requirements, which caused the death of two persons by negligence". Besides, the Prosecutor's office began the check.
Later, the defect of the pipeline was eliminated; the repair will begin after the completion of investigative actions. Because of the accident, heating of 76 buildings is limited, hot water "is carried out in normal mode".
The city Committee on energy and engineering said that the incident indicates the improper maintenance of heating systems and "insufficient funding from the owners."
Became known the identity of young people who died during the break of the pipe with hot water in a cafe in St. Petersburg. They were 20-year-old Andrei Nachinkin and Maxim Shustrov. Young people had a rest in anticafe "Typical Peter" when in the yard of the house No. 20 on Izmailovsky Avenue broke through a pipe with hot water.
