OREANDA-NEWS  A buyer has been found for the luxurious villa of singer Alsou and her husband, entrepreneur Jan Abramov. The couple was going to get rid of the real estate three years ago, according to the Telegram channel Mash.

The house is located in the elite village of Elm Grove near Sevastopol, it was built by the singer's father 15 years ago. Alsou last visited there in 2014, then the building was converted into a hotel complex. Now it has 14 bedrooms, a tennis court, outdoor and indoor pools, a beauty salon, a cinema room, a music studio, a stable, an arena, a private beach, a pier and a helipad.

According to Mash, Alsou's father will arrive in Crimea in the near future to show the property to the buyer. The name of the potential owner has not been disclosed. If he decides to make a deal, he will have to pay 800 million rubles. However, the house is already dilapidated and will require approximately 100 million rubles of additional investments. Realtors note that Alsou and Abramov have been trying to get rid of real estate since 2021, but for a long time they could not find a buyer.

Earlier it became known that Alsou filed for divorce from Abramov after 18 years of marriage. They have three children — 17-year-old Safina, 16-year-old Michella and 7-year-old Raphael. In total, the couple owns two mansions and two apartments.
