The Verdict of Edward Beale was Recognized as Legitimate

OREANDA-NEWS. The court upheld the verdict of the blogger Edward Biel (real name - Eduard Biel), who was sentenced to two years of restriction of liberty for a major traffic accident in the center of Moscow. This was reported to "Lente.ru" in the press service of the Moscow City Court.
The Moscow City Court recognized the decision of the Presnensky District Court of July 14, 2021, according to which the blogger was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Violation of the rules of the road and the operation of vehicles, which, through negligence, caused serious harm to human health”).
Earlier it was reported that Edward Beale was again sued. The plaintiff was another woman injured in the accident. She demanded 654.5 thousand rubles as reimbursement of the costs of the relevant examinations, compensation for property and moral damage.
On April 1, Bill made an accident in the center of Moscow with the participation of five cars. Several people were injured, one of the victims ended up in intensive care and spent several days in a coma.
On July 4, the blogger was sentenced to two years of restriction of freedom, and also deprived of his driver's license for three years.
