OREANDA-NEWS  Sultan Khamzayev, a member of the State Duma Committee on Security and Anti-Corruption, told RIA Novosti that he considers it necessary to systematically test officials for drugs using hair samples.

"I advocate systematic testing of our officials for drug use. At such a crucial time for the country, all civil servants should have clarity of mind," he said.

At the same time, the politician stressed that it is necessary to test "all officials" - deputies, senators, federal ministers and those who have access to state secrets. For more accurate data, Khamzaev suggested using hair samples, since "information about drugs used is stored in them for longer."
