OREANDA-NEWS  At the plenary session, the State Duma adopted in the first reading a bill on toughening responsibility for involving children in committing crimes.

The draft law proposes to toughen the responsibility for involving minors in committing crimes and anti-social actions to six years in prison if minors are involved in criminal activities using the Internet and other information and telecommunications networks.

Qualifying signs that strengthen criminal liability (for up to seven years), it is proposed to establish the involvement in the commission of a crime of a person under the age of fourteen, as well as similar actions against two or more minors.
